The group owns many projects, Stella Makadi Beach Resort (607 rooms) and Stella Makadi Gardens Resort ( 721 rooms ) in the touristic Makadi City in Hurghada, in addition to a tourist resort that includes 371 chalets for tourist accommodation
Owns 10 Nile cruises under Total refurbushment, -Holds 21% in Misr Hotels Company worth 120 million Egyptian pounds, which own Ritz-Carlton Hotel(331 rooms) and Safir Dahab Hotel (159 rooms).
Own 5% of the shares in Sharm Dreams holding company, which owns Sharm Dreams Resort 400 rooms Al Fayrouz Sharm hotel 210 rooms .
Also 23% of the shares of Egyptian Resorts company(ERC) Sahel-hasish company The company has an expansion plan in different tourist sites, The group aims to increase the hotel’s room capacities of the group to reach more than 5000 rooms during the next three years
